Bath Fitter has an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Human Resources professional in

Lewisberry, PA. The individual we seek will have the experience, drive, determination and ability to

take on challenges and succeed!



Essential duties:



.Oversee daily operations of the Human Resources Department activities and staff which include

employee relations, recruiting, hiring, and training of operations staff.

. Compliance with all Fedaral, state and city laws, and all safety regulations.

. Recruit exempt and non-exempt employees through traditional and non-traditional means of

recruitment.

. Maintain the personnel records in accordance with Company, federal and state

requirements and establish employee hiring and review standards.

. Investigate, document and recommend appropriate action(s) to resolve emploee complaints.

. Participate in reviewing all disciplinary procedures and make recommendations to

management.

. Analyze and gather records to investigate and respond to regulatory bodies.

. Responed to external and internal request for information concerning all human resource

related issues.





Qualifications:





. Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred,

or an equivalent amount of work experience.

. Minimum of 7 years experience in a Human Resources Management role in a fast

-paced, business enviroment.

. Professional demeanor and excellent written and verbal communications skills.

. Strong negotiation, leadership, organizational, and follow up skills is essential.

. Proven ability to multi-task and direct various projects.

. Strategic thinker and ability to develop tactical solutions.

. HR management experience within a call center environment a plus.
