Cardinal Stritch University invites applications for a full-time Director of Human Resources.  Responsibilities include handling overall operations of HR office.  Develops, implements, and coordinates policies and programs concerning employment, compensation, payroll, benefit administration, employee relations, and employee orientations.  Advises management on HR issues and retains the utmost confidentiality in all HR matters and concerns.  Develop and monitor personnel policies and procedures that comply with State and Federal laws and that are consistent with the university mission.

 

Qualifications:  Bachelor?s degree and four to six years related experience and or training.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and ADP payroll systems.
