 THE POSITION

The Director of Recruitment is a senior-level position at Studio A Advertising.

The Director of Recruitment will be part of a management team made up of extremely talented individuals whose combined efforts and contributions equate to a very competitive and diverse team of people referred to as the ?Dream Team?.

The main objective of the Director of Recruitment is to attract top talent who match well with our core beliefs and values.  Note: Every Team Member is responsible for quality assurance and commitment to excellence. 

THE REPORTING

The Director of Recruitment reports directly to the COO (Chief Operations Officer) and the president/CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of Studio A Advertising.

The Director of Recruitment oversees the planning and execution needed for the recruitment of key strategic positions that include:

 

SALES

Vice President of Sales

Regional Sales Managers

Premier Sales People (Market Consultants)

Director of Customer Service

Manager of Customer Service

 

CREATIVE & PRODUCTION SERVICES

Creative Director

Director of Production

Print Production (Magazine, Directory, Collateral) Manager

Electronic Media (Web, Video, Audio) Manager

THE HISTORY & EXPERIENCE

The Director of Recruitment for Studio A should have a minimum of 10 years direct experience in recruitment. The preference is 7 years or more as a recruiter focused in sales people recruitment, executive management recruitment or recruitment in the creative field.

The Director of Recruitment should possess a strong contact network within one of more of these fields.

The Director of Recruitment should possess superior negotiating skills and has considerable experience in recruiting positions that would require relocation.
