Director of Staffing

Supervise, manage and direct all of the staffing & recruiting organization.

Will be responsible for recruiting, developing strategy and delivery model for all senior management and executive level searches.

Responsibilities will include working with hiring managers to support business goals, recruitment initiatives, oversight of staffing & recruitment organization.  Will manage recruitment processes and systems, employee referral program, coordination of recruitment efforts, utilization of selection tools, outreach and advertising efforts, and job fairs.

 

Will ensure staffing & recruiting organization is marketing recruitment opportunities with appropriate diversity recruitment resources.

 

Will also manage recruitment costs and departmental budget. 

Will be responsible for collection and analysis of measurement data (cost per hire, applicant flow data, hires, cycle time etc.) for process improvement. Proactively assess and develop strategies for recruitment forecasting, turnover replacement and new headcount adjustments. Responsible for tracking and measuring quality and quantity of placements to meet business needs.

Develop best practices to ensure MDC?s efficiency with recruitment practices & processes.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor?s degree required.

Experience: 7 years previous experience in recruitment, minimally 3 years managing a staffing organization. Skill in: Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to negotiate, delegate. Strong organizational and management skills critical.
