Director of Women, Diversity, Health and Benefits

The purpose of this position is to develop, implement, and communicate on special programs on a variety of health and benefits issues for women, minorities, and children. This will be a highly visible position both internally and externally. This position will work directly with the Benefits Design Team charged with developing and directing strategies for $3B+ worth of benefit plans.

 

Requirements:
1. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Excellent presentation skills to a wide variety of audiences.
4. Benefits generalist with experience in all facets of designing, pricing, implementing, and managing all types of benefit plans in medium or large companies.
5. Ability to deal effectively with media, associations, and political environments ? including testifying at state level and lobbying at federal level.
6. MBA degree or equivalent.

Additional Preferred Requirements:
1. International benefit plan experience.
2. Knowledge of disease management, prevention, and special women or diversity health issues.
3. JD degree
