We currently have the following position available in our HomeGoods Distribution Center in Bloomfield, CT:

D.C. Human Resources Generalist

Provide qualified candidates for non-exempt and union positions through networking and other innovative sourcing methods
Provide support to DC HR Manager in sourcing certain exempt level positions
Examine staffing mix to assure that the companys diversity goals are being met.
Coach Supervisors on interpreting policy issues and interacting with Associates
Support the Companys views on Open Door, Legal/Community relations
Lend support to crisis situations



2 to 3 years Human Resources experience in a Distribution, Manufacturing or Retail setting
Experience with high volume recruitment
The ability to network within the community to create a constant flow of candidates communication/relationship building skills
Experience working in a union environment a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
