Diversity Campus Coordinator

Reporting to the Director, Diversity and Global Inclusion, Talent Acquisition. Key responsibilities include the coordination and managment of diverse talent acquisition initiatives for the campus and non-campus hires.

This position is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with targeted diversity sourcing channels for overall Amex campus recruitment efforts (i.e., colleges and universities, professional diversity organizations, educational based non-profits that support students of color) and management of diversity events and activities. This role will also partner with the campus team to ensure a diversity strategy is developed and deployed for each core school and key sourcing channels. Liaise with campus recruiters and staffing managers to ensure candidates identified from key diversity channels are integrated into the recruitment and selection process. Additionally, this roles is responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting of diversity result and managment of the Diversity Team Budget.

* 1- 2 years of business or campus recruiting experience
* Self-starter with strong project management skills
* Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail and excellent prioritization skills
* Relationship management skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees
* Strong presentation skills in large and small group settings
* Drive and energy which engages those involved in recruiting
* Strong written skills
* Knowledge of- or willingness to learn about- the financial services industry
* Excellent team skills and ability to manage stressful, fast paced, high change environment
* Adept at communicating with college-age students interested in learning about and exploring many career opportunities
* Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel
* Ability to travel ?" weekend/evening attendance at events will be required
