Courtney Raymond Consultants (crcsearch.net) is a top executive recruiting firm in the country and for the last decade has been the largest recruiting firm for the largest client in our industry.

 

We have an immediate need for an experienced and savvy recruiting professional to manage one of our four existing geographical divisions.

 

You would be taking over an existing pipeline with candidates that are about to close; others who are already in the interview process; and in most divisions even candidates that already have pending start dates. You will receive full commission ?ownership? for all of these candidates from the first day you complete your training as the Divisional Director. In addition, you will receive a healthy override on all placements from your division generated by you and your divisional recruiting team. This is a commission driven account management position.

 

This is a ?virtual? recruiting opportunity. You would be operating from a work from home basis with only occasional travel requirements. A fully functional home office is required.
