The DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR OF RECRUITMENT sources, recruits, refers and follow-through with qualified candidates for open positions in the division in accordance with all laws, regulations and LCC standards.

 

Requirements:Must have 3+ years in phenomenal recruitment experience!  Please be prepared to share your success!  Prior healthcare recruiting experience preferred.Prior sales experience preferred.  This position is not a Monday-Friday 8-5 position.  Recruiting requires that you work when your candidates are off work and able to talk.  Do you have the flexibility to work this schedule?

 

 

General ResponsibilitiesPartners with hiring managers to fill open rehab vacancies.  You must be able to quickly build relationships with all different personalities!  Your hiring managers are your partners in filing positions...your success in this position depends on their cooperation and buy-in.  Do you have what it takes to quickly build credibility and trust?Strategically designs recruitment plans to fill open positions.  Recruiting requires a strategy.We are not looking for a hit-or-miss approach!  We are looking for that special candidate who understands that you cannot just recruit when you have an open position.  Utilizes all available options to source candidates including internet postings and resume search, direct mail, print publications, conventions/career fairs, university affiliations, professional networking events and other sources.  Do you love what you do and wish you had more resources?  Life Care Centers of America may be what you are looking for...we have extraordinary internal and external resources that a strong recruiter would go ga-ga over!  I know that I did when I took this position as a recruiter and realized all of the tools that I had at my disposal! Actively participates in student recruitment initiative, ensuring affiliation contract is signed, relationship is supportive of student field placement, and university career fairs are attended.  There is a tremendous untapped resource of candidates in university recruitment.  We have the ability to target this population with special programs and exciting affiliations!Coordinates immigration procedures as needed (i.e., H-1b).  This is a terrific opportunity that we have to match excellent international candidates with facilities in need.
