To make your mark as the Human Resources Manager, you will:

Manage the Human Resources Department field team for the three Customer Service Centers (CSCs) to ensure effective, efficient, compliant and customer service oriented operation.

Provides leadership, vision, insight and motivation, and develops and implements short- and long-term plans in accordance with TFS and CSC objectives and strategic plans. Partners with VP-CSC Operations and CSC corporate managers to identify and solve broad-based issues related to business performance. Provides guidance to HRC-CSC to ensure effective partnership with CSC managers and team leaders in identifying and solving local issues related to productivity and associate relations.

Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and company policy and practice.

Identifies human resources objectives to help support national and regional business goals. Short- and long-term plans will include, but are not limited to, sections on recruiting, selection, compensation, associate relations, training and development, succession planning, turnover, motivation and compliance.

Provides seasoned human resources expertise and counsel to VP-CSC Operations and CSC corporate managers.

Provides expert oversight to the handling of associate relations issues and oversight to the development of national and local recruitment and retention strategies.

Oversees the effective and timely implementation of organizational development and compensation initiatives.



Provides expert oversight on the proper administration and compliance of federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies including ADA, FMLA, workers compensation, HRIS, etc.

Drives the successful implementation of HR-related programs in the CSCs. Programs may include, but are not limited to, recruiting and retention, training and development curriculum, career planning, pay-for-performance, diversity and various change initiatives.

Other responsibilities include developing Associate Opinion Survey action plans, identifying managers for succession planning, measuring managerial success and accountability, incorporating new company values/culture, etc.

Provides direction and coaching to the HR team.

Monitors and evaluates HR associates? performance levels to meet projected needs and HR Department objectives. Provides effective coaching and constructive feedback to HR associates on an individual and on-going basis.

Coordinates and administers personnel policies and procedures related to interview, selection and hiring practices (for the HR Department). Makes hiring and termination decisions.

Clearly communicates TFS and CSC objectives, strategies and expectations, and provides clear direction and leadership to HR associates.

Assists headquarter HR Department in preparing a sound HR budget.

Performs other position appropriate duties as assigned, including team leader or team member on special projects.

Qualifications
TFS is looking for individuals with strong business sense and practical expertise. Successful candidates must have:



Minimum of 8-10 years progressive human resources experience, including three to five years supervisory experience and three to five years HR generalist experience. Customer service center experience strongly preferred.
Strong HR voice to drive discussions and get things done. Ability to make strategic and tactical decisions.
Experience with leading change efforts and/or building a decentralized HR function.
Experience with working with and motivating all levels within an organization, from executives to support staff.
Varied hands-on project management experience.
Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
B.A./B.S. degree in business, human resources, or related field.
MBA or Masters degree in related field strongly desired.
PHR or SPHR preferred.
Microsoft Windows applications, Lotus Notes
