Divisional Hr Manager
Description: The Consulting Divisional HR team is a strategic business advisor, providing HR expertise, consulting and leadership. As a Divisional Human Resources Manager you will offer HR related expertise and guidance and partner with Corporate and Global HR to plan, direct and implement all the HR functions including employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee education, communications, leadership coaching and development; and separations.
- Plan and implement HR processes, plans and programs in support of the Division’s objectives.
- Serve as coach and consultant in identifying, analyzing and resolving human resources and organizational issues.
- Facilitate onboarding of new hires, conducts HR portion of new hire orientations, employee relations, exit processes.
- Manage performance evaluations and salary revisions.
- Work with managers to develop their skills in coaching, counseling and motivating employees.
- Facilitate communication among employees and management, which may include
guiding managers and employees on problem solving and dispute resolution.
- Manage projects and develop programs related to a start-up division (i.e., performance management, competency development, developing learning plans/career paths, rewards/recognition programs, etc.)
- Implement and communicate policy and procedure changes.
- Implement policies and practices consistent with federal, state, and local guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or closely related field; Masters preferred
- 7+ years of Human Resources generalist/employee relations experience in a services/technology related industry
- Self starter and excellent organizational skills
- Proven success cultivating business relationships and meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills required
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and collaborate with all levels within
the organization
- Capable of excelling in a fast paced, multicultural, dynamic and changing
environment
- Prior HR experience within a global organization or “Big 5??? consultancy is a plus.
- PHR or SPHR certifications highly preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed
