Mercer HR Services currently has an opening for a Doc1 Developer in our Houston, TX office. 

 

The Doc1 Developer will be responsible for:

 Maintaining currently developed Doc1 templates for H&B enrollment worksheets, confirmation statements, and letters. Development of new Doc1 generated statement templates. Support of internal client team users with any issues generating statements. Defining and publishing processes and standards to ensure consistent high-quality. Participation in presentations to promote services and standards.

 

Bachelors Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred 2 to 4 years experience in document development using Doc1 softwareExcellent analytical and mathematical skills Experienced user of PC's required with proficiency in Microsoft Office a plus Documentation skills are required Excellent oral and written communication skills along with superior interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team environment is critical
