Our client, a large fortune company located in Secaucus, New Jersey is actively searching for an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action consultant. The consultant will be working on Affirmative Action Audits and must be familiar with affirmative action compliance compensation analysis. The consultant will have to run and create reports as well as understand data. They must be familiar with Executive Order 11426 (an affirmative action regulation) and have a willingness to travel.
