EEO Consultant Position

An exciting employment opportunity exists with Bashen Corporation (?Bashen?), a dynamic HR consulting firm that has enjoyed 12 successful years as an industry leader in providing end-to-end EEO compliance administrative services and products.  Bashen seeks a full-time Consultant with EEO investigative experience.  Affirmative Action Plan experience is a plus.  The EEO Consultant will primarily acquire and analyze evidence, write investigative fact finding reports and position statements, consult with clients, negotiate conciliations, and interact with federal and state investigators, complainants, and their attorneys. 

 Education and Experience

A minimum of three years Human Resources, EEO Claims, Employment Law and/or related experience is required.  Three years of litigation experience with an emphasis on discovery may be substituted for the foregoing experience.  A Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is required, and a MBA or Law Degree is preferred.  The ideal candidate will also possess solid writing and investigative skills, a strong work ethic, organizational and time-management skills, interpersonal skills, and a keen analytical mind.
