Education/Experience Required:

B.S. in Human Resources or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

Minimum of 15 years in Human Resources fields with at least 8-10 years in recruiting and staffing positions. Requires a minimum of 7 years of management experienced.

Responsibilities Include:

Supervising the Recruiting Manager, Operations Coordinator, Staffing Supervisor and HR Specialists.Directs Recruiting Manager and Supervisors to meet recruiting goals and missions.Responsible for developing a staffing strategy and program for the company.Insures the organization develops and benchmarks efficient technology tools and streamlined recruitment and staffing processes.Provides Recruiting and Staffing education/guidance to senior management, sharing knowledge and identifying organizational development opportunities.Responsible for coaching, developing, and mentoring the Recruiting, Operations, and Staffing teams and the recruitment subcontractor team.Confers with senior leadership to identify personnel needs and design workforce planning strategies.Develops and prepares recruiting and staffing reports, updates, and presentations.Ensure recruiting and staffing standards are met across the organization and develop/foster best practices.Develop and implement recruitment and staffing processes.
