EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATIONS AND TRAINING SPECIALIST

 

Join the ENSR management team as a Communications and Training Specialist.  In this highly visible position, you will be responsible for communicating the company's vision and for supporting the assessment of organizational and employee development needs that link and support the organization?s overall strategic objective.

 

 

A successful candidate will: Create employee communication pieces, collaborating with senior management team Support the assessment, design and delivery of programs, curriculum, and overall initiatives for employee development Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development, including ENSR University Collaborate in the development of competency-based succession plans throughout the organization to identify current and future needs Research and recommend selection of outside consultants and tools to support business initiatives Collaborate in managing company change Create and recommend budget to meet department goals

 

RequirementsBachelors degree (Masters preferred) in organizational development or related field 10+ years? experience working in organization development field Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience working with remote teams Experience working with national and international programs Experience working on enterprise-level strategic change initiatives Exceptional knowledge of the principles of organizational design and  development Ability to influence others without direct position power Demonstrated problem-solving in company-wide initiatives Positive, dynamic personal presentation in large and small group settings Facilitate dynamic and multi-level groups effectively Adapt to and manage company change Willingness to travel 30%, including travel to international locations

 

Experience/Education:10+ years experience working in organizational development field Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in organizational development or related field Previous management/supervisory experience a plus Experience working with remote teams and with national and international programs Experience in working on enterprise-level strategic change initiatives

Candidate needs to demonstrate:Highly developed oral and written communication skills Excellent project management and consulting skills Computer software including Microsoft Office products
