Employment Coordinator

?????????????????????? This position reports to the Manager of Human Resources Department.

Primary requirements:

Candidate will be responsible for the full - cycle recruitment and staffing function of the Human Resources Department.??Must have?knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within?the recruiting?field to?represent Stock at job fairs and other recruiting events.

Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with managers and the executive staff.??

?Requirements:
3+? years of experience in a HR recruitment role in a manufacturing environment preferred.?Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal skills.Experience working in a team environment handling information that requires confidentiality. Bachelors?Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, SPHR or PHR certification.?Additional experience may substitute for higher education.
