EMPLOYMENT MANAGER

 

A nationally recognized and respected frozen food manufacturer is seeking a dynamic individual for a management role at its Southeastern Ohio Plant.  The company is currently looking for an Employment Manager to oversee all generalist areas of employment working in a union manufacturing environment. Primary areas of responsibility include managing turnover, payroll, benefit administration, driving positive employee relations, monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Company?s legal obligations ie., FMLA, ADA, EEO/ Affirmative Action, unemployment and other employment requirements.

 

Salary is commensurate with background, qualifications and experience.

 A four year college degree, preferably in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Minimum 2-4 years of HR or business related experience with some management responsibilities, preferred.Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment, preferred.Prior experience in compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training preferred.
