Employment Manager - (L-3 GSILL23777)

Responsibilities: Directs all activities associated with the recruitment of technical, professional, and administrative personnel to ensure a timely and quality hiring for staffing requirements. Meet with managers on an on-going basis to identify and review overall recruiting and staffing needs. Hire and train all recruitment staff and conduct employee evaluations. Provide status and recruiting metric reports to measure effectiveness of processes and programs. Handle compensation negotiations and preparation of formal employment offers to potential employees. Enforces administrative policies and procedures in accordance with federal and state labor laws. Participate in marketing and business development activities with senior management for new proposal efforts.
Act as a member of the HR Department by providing suggestions on strategic planning and new recruiting initiatives. Recommend participation in job fairs and utilization of additional recruiting resources. Handle fiscal responsibilities for the department.

Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a minimum of eight to ten years of Recruiting experience. Preference for a government professional services organization. Must have experience overseeing a team of recruiters and solid experience recruiting personnel possessing high level clearances. Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems is also preferred.
