We are expanding our Staffing Services Business Unit and adding this staff position.
Description:
The successful candidate should have minimum 3- 5 years of local Engineering and Information Technology recruiting experience.
You will be partnering with an experienced senior level Recruiter supporting senior level Business Development Managers to keep up with our recent rapid growth.
Exceptional listening, communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills are required.
You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, interviewing, negotiating and securing candidates for both local and national opportunities.
You must have a successful history working in a fast-paced, highly competitive and deadline oriented staffing services environment.
