This position is unique and unlike any recruiting role you have ever had. We basically help our clients with the process of recruiting people throughout the world who are willing to work mostly part time for ?sweat equity?. Our clients are businesses we?ve agreed to help to use our proprietary Human Capitalists Funding Model. Our clients will be nationwide. This is really a consulting type practice and you will be the first employee. You need to be very entrepreneurial and have a tremendous amount of integrity. We are a start up, so you will need to be able to take some risks.

Position Description:

? Implement an efficient process for recruiting a high volume of professionals [Human Capitalists] using your years of recruiting skills
? Expert Internet recruiter, especially community based recruiting
? Utilize all available resources to recruit and staff our organization with highly talented people who also believe in Human Capitalism and love our business model
? Research and staff for the skills and competencies needed by our teams to build our product and services
? Help source deals for new clients nationwide
? IT and General recruiting experience including building the solid processes and systems needed for staffing effectiveness and efficiency
