Entry Level Position- Associate Recruiter for Highly Successful Professional Recruiting Firm

Due to rapid growth, we are ready to add a new member to our recruiting team. This individual will be extensively trained in our subject matter specialty and carefully mentored in our world-class recruiting practices.  This is a platinum career opportunity for the right individual.

 

The position will initially consist of primarily database and internet research, resume processing and phone screening.  It is expected that this individual will graduate into a professional, full-cycle recruiting position, with the potential to earn significant additional compensation based on production. 

 

A four year degree (or higher) is required (honors preferred)

 

In addition, the ideal candidate should:

Possess at least 6 months? previous work experience in a professional environment;

Be a confident and motivated self-starter;

Possess excellent organizational and computer/database skills;

Enjoy dealing with people all day;

Thrive in fast-paced environment; and

Possess a strong work ethic and aspire to a professional career.
