As our Recruiting Associate based just north of San Francisco in Larkspur, CA, you will be the jack/jill-of-all-trades and support our top-notch team of Recruiting Consultants. On the tactical side, you will manage several core recruiting functions -- posting jobs, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews and stepping in to manage jobs as needed. Over the long-term, your goal will be to learn Accolo's process and method so that you can step into a Recruiting Consultant role or go onsite to work at a client location. The most important factor in your success will be the ability to juggle a wide range of tasks. Our organization is aggressive and fast-paced, and your raw intelligence and horsepower will make you an invaluable part of the team.
