Stryden is currently looking to hire multiple Customer Service, Sales, and Human Resources positions with all degrees of experience. Gain experience with Fortune 1000 and 500 Companies! Work in an exciting, fast paced environment in the travel industry at one of the busy Los Angeles International Airports or a metropolitan location.
Responsibilities
Consultants are expected to recruit, screen, interview, place, and schedule candidates. Consultants will also be responsible for performing reference evaluations, administering skills test, and conducting training for new employee orientations. Consultants will work closely with corporate clients to develop staffing logistics plans, including: job descriptions, minimum qualification standards, skill testing, and schedules.
Essential FunctionsDevelop monthly recruiting plans Conduct new employee orientations Define payroll and employee benefits Counsel employees on Stryden policies and regulations, as well as those of Stryden clients Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a portfolio of clients and prospective customers that is aligned with Stryden's market strategy.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have
- proven success in sales, customer service and/or recruiting.
- the desire to work in a team-focused environment.
- self-motivation in a fast paced environment.
1 + years of previous professional work experience preferred. Must have proficient computer skills, and experience with working with a database. Must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work with both corporate clientele and a diverse workforce. Must be flexible and be able to pass drug, background and mvr tests.
