As an Equity Compensation Administrator - Vesting Processor in the Equity Compensation department, you will be a part of a cohesive and cross-functional team involved in the day-to-day administration of our leading edge equity programs.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work with the Vesting Process Manager and other Vesting Processors to create, distribute and collect stock award vesting information.Process the vesting of stock awards and stock option grants.Assist in the reconciliation of bi-annual and ad-hoc vesting process.Assist in preparing the daily DWAC report, including but not limited to coordination with Transfer Agent, Smith Barney Operations, Accounting and Payroll.Process awards and grants relating to certain types of termination of employment of participants.Act as the back up for variety of processing and administrative functions.Interact and consult with colleagues in our highly volume call center.Work with global equity coordinators and global tax coordinator to process vestings with accurate tax withholding.Assist with projects as needed.



?BA/BS with a minimum of 2 years compensation experience.Experience in stock based programs within a financial services company is an asset.Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.Ability to handle confidential information and matters with discretion.Flexibility and experience to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines.Ability to exercise good judgment.Extremely detailed oriented, with strong follow-up.Strong quantitative, and analytical.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn other computer applications.
