Technalink is looking to hire a PART TIME RECRUITING ASSISTANT to function in a support role for our existing senior recruiting staff.  This is a full-time position located in Tysons Corner VA.

 

Core responsibilities include:Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates, submission of candidates, planning of interviews, conducting reference checks, and other support functions as needed.Assist with generating offer letters and new hire packagesMay involve communication with candidatesMaintain candidate information in the candidate tracking system ? PC RecruiterCommunicate with senior recruiters and sales staff on a daily basis

 

Qualifications:BS/BA with 1 year of professional recruiting assistant experience or BS/BA with appropriate internship experience will be considered.  Must be proficient with MS Word and OutlookMust have a solid work ethic, excellent communication skills, and must pay attention to detail.
