Regional Manager of Human Resources
The Regional Manager of HR will oversee and maintain the union relationship, recruiting, training, compensation, and employee relations at the facility. This position is responsible for practicing and promoting the policies and procedures that Levy upholds while fostering strong relationships with operations through accessibility and responsiveness. This position will also support the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA as well as Toyota Park in Chicago, IL. 20% travel will be required.

Successful candidates must have a solid HR background with at least 4 years' experience in an equivalent position. Hospitality and/or food & beverage experience required, ideally within Sports & Entertainment, Hotels or Themeparks. Working knowledge and experience with direct interface with union shop stewards, representatives, and leadership; the ability to work closely with operations; and strong knowledge/experience with California employment laws a must.
