Today, as a result of our explosive growth, we need to hire an experienced and broadly skilled executive assistant to work with the President of our publishing division on a wide variety of administrative activities, with special emphasis on HR coordination. In this newly created role, you will:
Work with our parent company, UCG, to administer company-wide benefit programs. As part of this, you will master our online, self-service benefits and payroll administration services and become the resident expert for employees who want to use them.
Work with our Recruiting Manager to post open positions online, schedule interviews, correspond with job candidates, maintain candidate files, and distribute resumes and other information to hiring managers and other interviewers.
Maintain a master calendar of employee reviews, notify managers when reviews are due, and coordinate employee participation in training and development programs.
Provide a broad range of administrative support to the President of the publishing division, including setting appointments, providing updates to internal project teams, drafting correspondence, coordinating shipments, filing, etc.
Assist managers of other groups with research, processing customer requests, special events, and other support activities as required.

? Good math skills and competence developing Excel spreadsheets

? Experience with recruiting, benefits administration and other HR activities
? Innate flexibility and the ability to ?go with the flow? and do what it takes to get the job done in an entrepreneurial, rapidly growing organization
