This position is responsible for the design, analysis and execution of executive compensation programs.  Areas of responsibility can include base salary, incentive, equity and deferred compensation.  The successful candidate will oversee all research and analysis of market/industry trends to ensure competitiveness of Cerner's programs; evaluate functional specifications for compensation systems; drive improvement initiatives; and provide decision support for administration of programs. This position requires the ability to communicate with executive leadership and associates at all levels of the organization. 

Bachelor's degree required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work productively under deadline pressure Strong consultative and organizational skills Must be a team player Excellent PC computer skills to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Windows
