Executive Compensation & HR Administrator

JOB SUMMARY

Overall administration of all stock based compensation plans including but not limited to: Processes option/restricted stock grants, exercises, cancellations, and terminations.  Acts as back-up to Executive Compensation Manager when manager is out of the office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProcesses stock options requests and restricted stock vestings.Performs data input of employee stock transactions and integrity of the Equity Edge database and maintains accurate and up-to-date systems (Equity Edge), records (exercises, address changes, daily stock price), employee stock option files and reports to ensure stock information is accurate, up to date and credible for Executive Management, Finance, Legal, Executive Finance and Corporate Tax.Ensures all Stock Option Exercises, Stock Awards, etc are processed through payroll.Assists with audits, preparation of Annual Proxy statement, annual report and processing of Annual Indebtedness Forms.Prepares stock option participants exit statements.Produces and distributes stock option agreements, tracks returned signed agreements, and follow-ups on outstanding documents.Performs additional tasks and duties as needed.

 

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree preferred2-5 years of Stock Administration experience and/or training

 

SKILLS/LICENSING/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

PC Proficient, Microsoft Word, and Excel.  Knowledge of Equity Edge software version 6.0 or higher is a plus.
