Executive Recruiter

Cash America Internatinal, a growing NYSE company has an exciting opportunity in our Payday Advance division.  We are currently looking for a Market Manager to handle our existing store operations and upcoming store expansions in the San Antonio, Texas area.

 

This position is responsible for the Cash America recruiting and staffing function.  The Executive Recruiter is responsible for the recruiting/selection of all corporate based positions including everything from hourly support positions to management level team members, and for providing sourcing support and recruiting strategy for field management positions.  The Executive Recruiter is also responsible for projects related to employment such as employment advertising, career website development, vendor selection, drug screening, background screening, diversity recruiting, and internet recruiting strategy.

 

General Duties and Responsibilities

? Ensure the recruiting needs of internal customers are met both in the corporate office and the field (Base of 300 corporate office positions & 500 field based positions)

? Directly source and recruit qualified IT professionals

? Manage third party vendors for drug screening, background screening, and internet job posting

? Work closely with IT department to develop and manage a career section on the Cash America website and own future on-line application and applicant tracking system

? Responsible for diversity recruiting initiatives

? Develop requisition process and assist internal customers with it

 

 

 

Minimum Attributes Required to Perform the Essential Functions of the Position:

 

?  College Degree Required

?  5 ? 7 years of corporate recruiting experience required

?  Broad knowledge of recruiting strategies, including electronic application and web-based programs

?  Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

?  Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties

?  Detailed oriented

?  Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
