We are looking for a person who possesses the following experience:



A minimum of two years of recruiting in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated customer service experience will be necessary. Direct experience in the entire search process is desirable. Internet research capabilities, excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Prior cold calling and direct sales skills are essential.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




Understanding and driving the hiring process from inception to completion with special care to meet client needs and provide highly qualified candidates for consideration.


Creating project plans consistent with client requirements and our technical capabilities.


Analyzing job requirements in preparation for data gathering and screening criteria.


Utilizing research skills to gather data on individuals, organizations, and locations.


Conducting cold calling in pursuit of candidates and other pertinent data.


Mining resume databases for active job seekers with desired skill sets.


Maintaining accurate information in project databases and preparing client status reports.


Screening and interviewing candidates using a consistent format and pertinent requirements for client approval, including the use of assessment tools.


Coaching candidates with respect to interviews, client information, and presentation.


Listening to and responding to internal and external client needs; producing quality results that further positive future relationships.


Interfacing with management and clients on both technical and business matters associated with customer acquisition and satisfaction.
