  IT Recruiter

 

 We are currently looking for an IT Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying and maintaining clients, and sourcing, phone screening and interviewing candidates. You must be very comfortable on the phone, personable and hard working with the ability to respond effectively and quickly to both client and candidate needs. 

 

The Execu|Search Group is one of the tri-state?s leading professional recruitment and temporary staffing firms, with offices in both NYC and Westchester. Established in 1985 and comprised of 100 professionals, we are currently seeking one or more focused, self-driven Staffing Coordinators to join our IT recruitment team.

 

General Responsibilities: Identify viable client prospects from various sources including:  existing internal referrals, new internal referrals, directories, contact lists, databases, leads, newspapers, magazines and personal networking. Recognize and expand on seasonal/market condition trends and related staffing needs. Manage inventory and sourcing levels to meet the current and anticipated needs of the existing client base. Identify new and creative means for sourcing high quality consultants within established and proposed skill sets. Conduct formal interviews with potential candidates. Manage referral process.
