Summary of Position
The Executive Recruiter - Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for the recruiting of permanent placement candidates for new and  established client companies for the world's largest recruiting firm - Management Recruiters International.


Quantitative Information

Staffing permanent positions for establish client companies. Designing and delivering a process for efficient and effective recruitment and selection.  Identifying characteristics of people best suited for positions for client companies. Determine methods to validate candidate selection.  Creating daily call plans in specific geographical areas to source candidates for client companies. Developing and implementing recruitment marketing plans.


Required Skills and Experience
The recruiter must have 1+ years prior recruiting experience (agency or corporate), inside sales, or business to business sales experience. Experience with multiple recruiting sources including internet sourcing, recruiting networks and ad placements would be beneficial. In addition, the recruiter will benefit from being experienced in interviewing techniques, personnel policies/ procedures and federal / state laws regarding employment practices. Recruiter must be able to work independently to perform full life-cycle recruitment functions including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, setting up interviews, interviewing, salary negotiations, offering and orientation.

Duties and Responsibilities
In addition to the full life-cycle staffing functions, the recruiter will act as liaison between MRI and various recruiting networks and organizations.
