Job Summary:Direct source qualified candidates via the Internet and other sources for executive level positionsContact prospective candidates and network for additional referrals.
Conduct research on industry trends, M&As, etc to identify direct targets for sourcing.Partner with Executive Recruiters to build robust candidate pipelines.Post position descriptions to online recruiting web sites.
Skills/ Knowledge Required:2 years of recruiting/sourcing/ experience Versed in Boolean logic, AIRS training or similar. Must be Internet savvy. Must be able to work autonomouslyBroad direct sourcing and cold calling skills requiredData mining expertise essential.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must.
