RSM McGladrey, one of the nation's leading business consulting and tax firms, has an exciting opportunity for an Experience Hire Recruiter in our Des Moines office.

This position is responsible for sourcing, interviewing and referring candidates for consulting positions within the Central Plains Economic Unit. Considerable skills in sourcing and interviewing techniques, knowledge of federal, state and local laws regarding employment and staffing practices, a basic understanding of the Company?s organizational structure and business is required in order to fill positions with quality candidates. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization. The incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill and the Company?s public image.

Responsibilities include:

? Delivering high quality service to hiring managers by matching candidates skills? to open requisitions
? Manages the recruiting process for assigned positions from open requisition to filling an open position
? Entering requisitions in applicant tracking system (Provitrac)
? Sources candidates through firm website, job boards, resume databases, networking, cold calling, etc.
? Analyzes resumes against open job requisitions
? Conducts telephone screenings to qualify candidates for open positions
? Coordinates face to face interviews with hiring manager
? Provides interview notes and questionnaires to hiring manager in preparation for interview w/candidate
? Communicates with hiring manager and candidate on next steps
? Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

? Bachelor?s degree in Human Resource, Business, or related
? 3-5 years of experience recruiting corporate positions in a public accounting environment, preferred
? Strong computer skills ? Microsoft Office Word and Excel, experience w/applicant tracking system helpful
? Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet time deadlines.
? Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision
? Ability to handle stressful situations, always operating with a sense of urgency and using good judgment.
