Recruiter     Spherion , one of the leading professional services firms in the country, is seeking an experienced Recruiter, to provide sourcing and direct recruitment processing, on location at our client site in Tulsa, OK.

 

We are an industry leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing and this is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the top three professional services firms in the country.

 

We are seeking candidates with the following:
3-5 years directly related experience supporting hiring managers and generating candidates.
Strong account management experience required as is experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
Cold calling experience required.
Strong networking abilities.
Candidate must have strong multi-tasking skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
Proficient with PC's and related applications, including spreadsheet, word processing, and database experience desired.
Strong knowledge of technical recruiting tools, techniques and systems.
Agency and Corporate or Sales recruiting experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience required. 

  Responsibilities: 
Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates.
Represents the company to candidates as the employer of choice by ?selling the company?.
Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a highly qualified pool of candidates (i.e., Job Boards, Internet, Networking, etc).
Employ a variety of sourcing techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost effective manner (i.e., cold calling, internet, research firms).
Comply with all regulatory/legal requirements and policies.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with team members on networking, sourcing and selection strategies.  
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
