FMLA Representative

Kelly Services, in partnership with UnumProvident, has an excellent career opportunity for an FMLA Representative.  This is a temp to hire position, with an outstanding compensation and benefit program. Primary duties consist of processing new leaves and all follow ups assigned. The representative determines eligibility and availability of leave time for employees requesting an FMLA leave and manages that leave throughout its duration. Will also be responding to leave questions and issues from employees and/or Employer contacts.

4 year degree or similar experience is preferred; in addition, strong interpersonal and communication skills and computer skills required.
