The Consulting workforce is made up of three groups: Business Consulting, Business and Systems Integration Consulting and Technology Consulting.  This consulting group structure provides outstanding opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you advance your career.

 

Job Description
Business Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. Human Performance professionals help companies derive maximum value from their people though innovative business-oriented approaches to the human capital elements of the enterprise including workforce support and enablement and the management of change.

 

Key responsibilities may include:
? Assisting in industry, competitive and company analyses (strategic, financial, operational) as well as market research for benchmarking
? Assisting in analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes, people, and technology
? Assisting in the development of to-be processes
? Assisting in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and, as appropriate, supporting technologies
? Developing deployment deliverables (communications, training)
? Assisting in implementation activities related to new solutions

 

Qualifications

 At least two years of relevant experience in addition to a Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in one of the following majors:

 

? Psychology

? Human Resources

? Organizational Development/Change Management

 

? Preferred knowledge of Human Performance offerings as well as experience preferred in foundational Learning, Knowledge Management, Talent Management, Change Management, Requirements/Needs Analysis, and Change Readiness Assessment
? Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

? Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
? Desire to work in an information systems environment
? Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
