You will work with the Directors of Tax to support a growing practice, consult on technically challenging business issues and provide a superior level of satisfaction for our clients. Successful candidates are high achievers with experience working in Federal, State and International Taxation. Candidates must possess ability to work with a wide range of people and nurture client relationships. Superior communication skills required. Candidates must have a proven track record of exceeding expectations, demonstrating initiative, and ensuring clients receive high quality, timely, risk focused tax services and assessments. Demonstrated ability to make recommendations for improvement and coordinate completion of work is necessary.

-Ten to fifteen years tax experience in public accounting or consulting environment preferred. Mgr or Sr Manager level a plus.
-Extensive background in Federal and State compliance, planning, research and audit assistance areas. International tax experience a plus.
-FAS109 experience required
-Sarbanes Oxley experience would be a plus
-Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
-Big 4/5 experience preferred
-Professional designations are a plus.

Houston-based candidates preferred.
