This position is accountable for recruiting,?screening and interviewing?candidates for field positions, which include Managers In Waiting (MIW?s), Store Managers, Repair Shop Managers, and Assistant Store Managers. Main responsibilities will include traveling to aligned regions in order to identify recruiting opportunities; source and interview candidates; assist with new store openings; lead recruiting blitzes; coordinate job fairs and campus visits; and assist with special projects as needed.

The Field Employment Specialist/Field Recruiter?will develop business relationships and network with local agencies; will work closely with a Vice President of Regional Operations and/or Vice President of Repair, District Managers and Store Managers to assist with all recruiting needs. The?Field Recruiter?will assist with developing and maintaining recruiting materials for the field that are state of the art and best practice for the jewelry industry by working with the Manager of Field Recruiting, Director of Corporate Recruiting and the advertising department. Additionally, will be responsible for monthly feedback and reporting via the recruiter database.

Desired qualifications include three to five years' experience in recruiting; familiarity with various resume databases and recruiting web sites; knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; excellent communication skills, both oral and written and the ability to travel 50-55%. A college degree preferred, but not mandatory.
