FINANCE RECRUITER (Contract)

Duties& Responsibilities:

 

Develops and implements strategies to source qualified diverse candidates to meet requirements for mid to high level positions from internal, external and/or referral candidate pools. Leads and participates as part of the recruiting team to provide high quality, timely and cost-effective staffing and placement services to internal customers. Builds relationships with candidate pools and ensures timely communication regarding placement decisions. Utilizing independent judgment and discretion, provides total staffing service to clients, e.g. recruitment strategy, sourcing, and candidate assessment and selection and complies with all legal requirements. May be responsible for recruiting needs that are more advanced; i.e. technical expertise, more senior professionals, more complicated client accounts. Has an in-depth understanding of behavioral interviewing skills and candidate evaluation techniques. Must have the ability to interview and assess candidates for high impact positions.

 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desired5+ years in recruiting Finance professionals (agency experience preferred)Strong project management, organizational skills, analytical skills, and conflict resolution experience.Proven ability to build relationships with, and influence all levels within an organization.Experience with working in a fast-paced and highly matrix environment. Proven oral and written communication abilities: demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues. Strong PC skills including MS Office: PeopleSoft HRIS experience preferred
