Finance and Accounting Recruiter - 15831

We are currently seeking a Finance and Accounting Recruiter to join our Finance and Accounting Division. This dynamic individual will support our Accounting/Finance, Internal Audit, and Tax practices. Primary responsibilities include the sourcing, pre-screening, and interviewing of qualified professionals with the ultimate goal of developing and maintaining a diversified team of candidates/professionals available for placement on open engagements. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your existing accounting skills, tap into your creativity, and satisfy that entrepreneurial drive.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

 

? Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions and deliver high quality in a fast-paced environment.

? Exceptional customer service and relationship skills.

? High achievement drive, resilience, flexibility and commitment to achieving goals.

? Negotiate and facilitate pay rates with candidates.

? Ability to manage end-to-end hiring process, work with hiring Managers and retain candidates through the duration of their assignment.

? In-depth knowledge of advanced sourcing and talent acquisition techniques.

 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

 

? 4-year bachelor degree.

? Previous accounting and finance experience

? CPA, MBA, or CIA a plus.

 

The Finance and Accounting Recruiter reports to the Division President. Management Decisions, Inc. offers an attractive compensation package including a competitive base salary and an incentive plan. The long-term success of this individual will only be limited by his/her performance. For this position, we do not offer relocation assistance.
