Randstad is seeking a qualified, dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic temporary Recruiting Assistant to work in our Downtown, New York On-Site Office.

The clients that we are supporting are international financial services institutions.

This Recruiting Assistant position is entry-level in the agent job family with Randstad. It has been created to assist Randstad Agents with recruiting to identify employment needs and priorities and provide solutions that meet and exceed expectations. This position will not only recruit but will also schedule interviews and assist in various administrative needs.

Hours: Approx 9AM - 5PM / M-F

Pay Rate: TBD (based on experience/skill set)

Responsibilities:
-Recruiting for candidates via internet and other sources
-Setting up testing as needed for candidates
-Scheduling interviews using Microsoft Outlook
-Administrative duties such as creating/editing spreadsheets, answering phones and filing

Successful candidates will have:

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
-A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
- A basic knowledge of the financial industry or financial markets is a MUST
- 1-2 years of professional experience working in a corporate environment or experience working as an intern in a financial services institution
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, & Excel
- Professional phone skills
