Financial Services Recruiter

Forty-year-old Financial Firm headquartered in Parsippany, NJ, is looking for a Financial Services Recruiter.  Job entails the recruitment, screening, organization and monitoring of the Firm's Recruitment efforts.  Position recruits primarily for inexperienced persons looking to build a career in Financial Services.

 

Candidate will ideally possess recruiting and /or sales experience in the Financial Services industry. Must be intelligent, professional, and articulate, with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

*  Partner with Management to define recruiting goals and Firm targets.

* Manage the day-to-day flow of recruits thru our multiple step process--from the sourcing and initial screening of applicants, to monitoring during the licensing process, to the first day of employment.

 

* Develop multiple sources of candidates thru centers of influence, advertising, career fairs, on campus visits and personal observation.

 

Skills required:

 

* Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to manage a multitude of different tasks.

* Must be very personable, with the ability to attract and build internal and external business relationships.

* Demonstrate knowledge of recruiting/sourcing professionals for the Financial Services career
