Our Mountain View Company is in need of a multi-tasker extraordinaire to man our job boards. As our Job Board Specialist you will be responsible for all advertising on external job board, this includes but is not limited to university career centers, newsletters, e-mail blasts, job boards, association announcements, alumni and consultant groups.

~Job Board Administer~
? Check for grammar and formatting
? Communicate and resolve any issues that arise as a result of user/recruiter/hiring manager inquiries; POC for vendor interaction
? Assist in designing posting protocol to roll out to staffing organization

~Troubleshoot and resolve resume filtering problems~
? Related to certain job postings or requisitions incorrectly input into ATS and external job boards; finding sources of problems and communicating resolutions to recruiters
? Work with webgroup to sync timing on posting to the website and external job boards
? Exchange feedback regarding errors or fixes on the jobs pages to prevent problems that could arise with outside job postings or resume filtering through ATS

~Translations for international postings~
? Work with localization team to get translations for job descriptions to assure smooth posting process for international job boards

~EEO Compliance~
? Assure that jobs are posted on relevant state job boards, veteran, disabilities, state job boards and minority job boards to meet job posting compliance with the OFCCP.

~Research Job Boards ? Posting and Searching (Domestic and International)~
? Perform research on relevant job boards to help with recruiter requests to bring more resume flow to their requisitions. Set up user accounts. Research functional relevance, candidate quality, and pricing

~Qualifications~
? BA Degree
? Detail and customer service oriented
? Strong communication and organizational skills
? Good problem-solving skills
? Some HTML preferred; need to be computer/tech savvy
? HR/Recruiting background preferred (~ 1 year)


Salary: $19-$26/hr
