Front Desk Staffing Coordinator

The Staffing Coordinator will provide administrative support throughout the entire recruiting process. This is a temp to hire position.

Job Duties:Screen and handle candidates calls, resumes and correspondences as requested.Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.Maintain all new hire paperwork and payroll information.Initiate/Coordinate candidate background, reference and employment checks as well as serve as the primary contact for drug screening.Provide direct support to  recruiters, which may include sourcing candidates, phone screening resumes, scheduling interviews and testing candidates. Administrative duties as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year experience in related environment highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Microsoft Office skills

Undergraduate degree a plus
