Front Office Staffing Coordinator

Position Description: Front Office Coordinator Join Westaff and learn the exciting, fast-growing staffing industry from the ground up. Note: This position is available due to a growth within the branch NOT turnover. Read on. To succeed in this challenging role, youll need the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced team environment. The day-to-day tasks will include:

* answering multi-line phones
* greeting and setting up applicants
* performing background checks
* review and verify I-9s
* maintaining office files and equipment
* ordering supplies
* assist payroll processing
* distributing invoices to clients
* prepare and distribute checks to employees
Be a part of a team where there is never a dull moment and no two days are alike. Qualifications include: Microsoft Office knowledge, College degree preferred but not required, staffing industry experience preferred but not required, basic payroll knowledge, and most importantly a willingness to learn. Temp to hire: $12-13 per hour

Position Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years college preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and to apply problem-solving skills. Multi-task and customer service oriented without losing composure; tactful, adept at office productivity (i.e., demonstrated proficiency on MS Windows PC, 10 key calculators, etc.) Functional knowledge of payroll process preferred. Must be cooperative, patient, calm under pressure, able to work independently and as part of a team and should enjoy a fast paced work environment while displaying the highest level of professionalism.
