We are looking for an individual who will work closely with our management team and our staff for an understanding of our departmental needs. This position will focus on sourcing for research analysts and insides sales candidates, screening for fit and overall management of the candidate process. We are looking for an experienced individual who is seasoned in candidate sourcing using methods such as: data base queries, networking, networking with current internal staff, the internet, and cold calling techniques. You will develop candidate pools and promote on-going interview process that will fill not only our current need but our future need as well.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who has a strong track record and success in using recruiting techniques. Team player with excellent attention to detail Strong internet and data mining skills/Cold Calling TechniquesFull Cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced technical environment is highly desiredExperience in the market research industry considered a must Strong time management and prioritization skillsAbility to MultitaskFull cycle recruiting/coordinate and participate in the interview process to ensure uniformity.
