CITY: Schenectady STATE: New York COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
- Provide first tier escalation production support - work through job failures
- Responsible for maintaining job inventory
- Act as support for modifying production schedule and related testing
- Create & ensure the daily processing run sheets are accurate and have appropriate parameters
- Coordinate across Ops, tech team and production team to ensure that production issues are resolved effectively
- Participate in releases in terms of updating job inventory and production schedule

Qualifications/Requirements:
*Must be willing to work in Schenectady, NY
*4 year college degree in accounting, business, computer related discipline or equivalent experience.
*Solid analytical skills including the ability to identify trends and implement process improvements.
*Strong organization skills
*Technical savvy with strong desire to learn.
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent teaming and influencing skills in order to operate effectively in a team-based environment requiring cross-functional interaction.
Peoplesoft system knowledge
*Must be willing to work in Schenectady, NY
*Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
*Must be authorized to work in the US and provide proper documentation

Desired:
*Internal GE US Employee Services (Division of Corporate) Candidates Preferred
*Six Sigma Green Belt certified (if GE internal candidate), or equivalent quality experience
*Advanced degree in related field.
*Knowledge of production processing

General:
Member of the Operations Integration Team.
Responsible for:
-Owning the Production Schedule and integration with Technical Production Support Team
-Coordination of on-call coverage and escalation process
-Development of annual calendar and processing schedule
-Weekly production Ops meeting and coordination of changes
-Releases Facilitation, Planning and Execution for Cross-team Processing needs
-Coordination/Setup of Runs
-Dashboard - Consolidation of Ops Metrics
